Candidates needed to assist in forming and maintaining connections with our traders. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how StrictlychartsFx’s products and services function and establishing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeated business and referrals.

Job Requirements
• Minimum age of 19
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• High school Diploma (Minimum)
Job Duties
• Deliver prepared presentations by phone or zoom to prospects and clients
• Take prospects through the enrollment process by describing products and services &
responding to questions
• Obtain prospect information and maintain databases
• Set appointments and follow up on initial contacts (Via phone calls, emails and social media)
• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeated business
and referrals (Via phone calls, emails and social media)
• Admin Assistance
Skills
• Excellent communication skills, Strong data entry skills- fast and accurate
• Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing
brand
• Trading/Financial background is a plus but not a necessity
• 1 to 2 years experience in sales/customer service (required)
SALARY;
TBD = Base Rate + Commission
